This is Tom, who I painted (in a short 1 1/2 hour session) on Wednesday at The Associated Artists of Butler County's Wednesday Portrait Group. When I was looking at this that afternoon, I just wanted to give poor Tom a hug! He really wasn't this worried on Wednesday. I just seem to end up with my portraits all having either worried or angry expressions. Perhaps I'm only projecting my inner turmoil. Most likely I just need lots more practice! This is watercolor on Kilimanjaro 140# Cold Press, 12" x 9".
